NOTICE.
I, the Undersigned, ENGEL SHORT, of the parish of Portsea, Cordwainer, having preferred a charge of Felony against Samuel Neat, of the Green Post Public-house, near Portsmouth, which was groundless, and law proceedings being about to be commenced against me for the same, the said Samuel Neat has consented to refrain from so doing, on my confessing my contrition for my conduct, and giving this public notice of the falsity of the charge.—Dated 4th December, 1830. ENGEL SHORT.
Witness, W. LUCAS, Solicitor, Portsea.
