On the premises, by order of the principal officers of his Majesty’s Honourable Board of Ordnance, on Tuesday the 19th of January, 1836, at eleven o’clock precisely, the MATERIALS of the large HOUSE and range of Stabling, called the BATTLE OF MINDEN INN, at Hilsea, to be taken down and removed at the expense of the purchaser. The whole will be offered in small lots, for the convenience of purchasers.

The materials consist of a large quantity of bricks, tiles, rafters, joists, floor boards, panel boards; excellent modern bow windows and sash windows, wainscoting, panteleons, staircases, lead work, &c.

Catalogues may be had three days before the sale, of the Auctioneer, Piazza, Queen Street, Portsea.
