At the Battle of Minden Inn, at Hilsea, on Thursday the 24th day of July, 1794, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon,

All that valuable FREEHOLD ESTATE, comprising eleven acres and a half of arable land, to the the same more or less, lying dispersed in the common fields at Hilsea, now in the occupation of Farmer GREEN, tenant at will.
